Journey on the Beautiful Alaska Railroad

Alaska is one of the most beautiful places in the world. It is by far also one of the harshest states in the United States of America. It is the largest state in the country and is located on the Northwest side of the US sharing its borders with Canada and Russia. Spring brings in animals out of their hibernation and if you are lucky you can even spot a humpback whale. June has recorded to have the most daylight hours and July is the warmest month by Alaskan standards. 

If you are interested in visiting the brilliant Denali National Park and Glacier Bay National Park, September is the best month for this. The mountains look exceptional in September. Many people want to visit Alaska for its record breaking Snow and so for them the months of November, December and January are best to experience snowmobiling and boarding, skiing and the famous Alaskan dog sledging. Last but not the least, Alaska is also famous for its view of Northern Lights or Aurora Borealis. To spot these majestic lights, you can visit anytime between Early October till Mid April.
